Reportedly awarded Best Fiat at the Amelia Island Kickoff, this 1200 TV is now being offered for auction in Louisiana, accompanied by comprehensive documentation. The car underwent a rotisserie restoration during which it was completely disassembled and reassembled, with more than $20k reportedly invested in paintwork and bodywork and roughly $12k in chrome work. The seller states the car was refinished in its factory Periwinkle Blue (214), although the VIN tag reads code 152, which would indicate black. A new gauge cluster has been installed, and the seller confirms that all lights function with no warning lights, adding that the dynamo occasionally requires re-exciting. Power comes from a 1,221cc four-cylinder engine that drives the rear wheels through a 4-speed manual transmission. The seller states the engine was rebuilt with new pistons and bearings and notes that the engine number does not match the VIN tag, while the transmission is original to the car. The restoration also included new brakes, brake hoses, motor and transmission mounts, front and rear bushings, and new electrical harnesses. This sale will include a clean title, the owner's manuals, the Amelia Island Kickoff trophy, service records from the previous owner, and the seller's receipts for the work performed.
