This Cobra replica is said to have been assembled in 2005 with a kit from Hunter Manufacturing of Florida. Power comes from a 429ci big-block V8, which was rebuilt during a $75k overhaul that was completed in 2025 by Decordre Automotive & Performance of Spring City, Pennsylvania. The car features QA1 adjustable coilovers, Howe Racing disc brakes, 15″ Torq Thrust wheels, a Demon 850 CFM carburetor, a Tremec five-speed manual transmission, a Ford 9″ rear end with a locking differential, and a black interior with a Carroll Shelby signature on the glovebox door. This Cobra replica now shows 2,200 miles, and it is offered by the selling dealer with a Pennsylvania title, which lists a make of Special Construction, with no model year. The fiberglass bodywork features a Gunmetal Gray finish with Charcoal racing stripes. Some dings are noted in the side pipes, which were fabricated and installed in May 2025. The selling dealer reports that the car’s triangulated 4-link rear suspension was built and installed by Johnny Benson Sr. of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The car rides on QA1 adjustable coilovers, and its 15″ Torq Thrust wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. Four-wheel disc brakes with Howe Racing calipers provide stopping power. The black interior has low-back seats, carpeted floors, and Tilton race pedals. The glovebox door bears a Carroll Shelby signature. A Tremec TKO 600 five-speed manual transmission sends power to a Ford 9″ rear end with a Detroit Locker and 4.11:1 gearing.
